We’re fast approaching International Women’s Day 2025 – celebrated on 8th March.
Whilst progress has certainly been made, there’s still a long way to go. For example, the gender pay gap remains significant, and according to the World Economic Forum, it could take another 131 years to close it at the current rate.
To help spark these important conversations, we’re excited to share an Insight Session featuring Amy from the Communications team, Leah, our Resourcing and Talent Planning Manager, and Hannah, our People Partner. As HR professionals, working mothers, and individuals who wear many other hats, this panel brings personal experience and expertise on all things women at work.
In the session, Leah and Hannah share their thoughts and advice on areas that impact women’s experiences in the workplace – from recruitment and retention strategies to policies that support women’s growth and development. They also touch on the importance of wellbeing initiatives and leadership development, ensuring that women not only have opportunities to advance but also have the support they need at work.
Through their experiences, they provide practical advice on how HR professionals and business leaders can make real changes to create more inclusive, supportive environments for women. Whether it’s tackling gender bias in recruitment or bringing women into leadership, this session offers tips that can help make a difference in every organisation.
Leah and Hannah offer clear, down-to-earth advice that you can start applying right away to help level the playing field and create an environment where all women can succeed.
Take the time to watch this session today and discover how you can make a positive impact in your organisation.
